The term Kraftology. Co or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the customer or viewer of the website.

A. General Terms and Conditions

A1. It is your responsibility to read and accept the following terms and conditions of the stated before you place and submit the order on this website. By ordering / making any purchase of our services & products you have acknowledged the following terms, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

A2. Only to purchase if you are comfortable with an acceptance of 5% variation or imperfection with all the product listed where it is either handmade or due to the usage of natural materials in the production.

A3. We will not be liable for items that are not suitable for your event. Our recommendations are only for your consideration.

A4. Working days do not include weekend/ public holiday.

 

B. Order and Processing Time

B1. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please note that all orders are final. Kindly check the orders and details of personalization before making payment. If you would like to make some modifications on your orders, please do not hesitate to contact us within 4 hours of your purchase and we will be able to help you.

B2. As we thrive to deliver perfect products, we will also do a review of your order details to make sure everything looks right. If we need more information, we will reach out to you.

B3. Most orders take between 5-7 business days to process. Due to the handmade, personalized nature of our products, some of our items may take longer to process.

 

C. Domestic Shipping

C1. Domestic shipping typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive after items are sent out, at a flat rate of SGD5. You will receive email notification when your order is on its way to you. All orders at SGD120 and above would enjoy free shipping.

C2. We ensure safe and secured packing before sending out of any items. We are not responsible for any damages caused by negligence during opening of parcels or subsequent mishandling of items.

 

D. International Shipping

D1. We currently ship internationally to Malaysia & Indonesia. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight. More countries will be added to our listing soon, stay tuned!

D2. We ensure safe and secured packing before sending out of any items. We are not responsible for any damages caused by negligence during opening of parcels or subsequent mishandling of items.

 

E. Refund and Exchanges

E1. Our team is committed to putting together all your orders. As such, all orders are non-refundable, unless agreed on case-by-case basis under rare circumstances.

E2. In rare events that your orders are damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email at hello@kraftology.co or Whatsapp at +65 8883 6747 by attaching photo and/or video of unboxing together with our original packaging. Our team may consider the case and arrange for one-to-one exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

E3. Generally damaged goods are those that fall within the following categories: dented items, peeling off surface, permanent stain or marks, broken items.

 

F. Warranty

F1. We offer up to 5 business days of warranty of all products, counted from the delivery date of the items. Our warranty only includes damages that are described in point D3 that are not caused by your negligence.

F2. In the event that products have been damaged or are not in optimal condition due to wear and tear or mishandling or damaged during storage by you, we do not bear any responsibilities.

 

G. Marketing & Social Platform

G1. All photos of end product will be taken as marketing materials for Kraftology. Co. By making purchase, you will acknowledge that any of your purchased item(s) images and videos may appear on our social media platforms. We will not be required to seek your consent or pay any imposed fees.
